Thank you for shopping with XSORTEX Hub. We are committed to delivering your electronic components, development boards, sensors, and maker products safely and on time.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sales, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping charge of ₹60 is applicable per order across India unless otherwise specified.

  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Courier Partners

XSORTEX Hub ships orders through trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, XpressBees, India Post, or other reputed courier services depending on your location.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipment confirmation via Email or SMS

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier partner details

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.

6. Packaging

All products are packed using suitable protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Electronic components are packed carefully using appropriate packaging materials wherever required.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment may be returned to XSORTEX Hub.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

XSORTEX Hub is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Damaged Packages

If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the package if the damage is severe.

  • Take clear photos of the package.

  • Record an unboxing video.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

10. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated time, XSORTEX Hub shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Force majeure events

11. International Shipping

Currently, XSORTEX Hub ships only within India.

International shipping services may be introduced in the future.
